Sore ini ada percakapan menarik di kantor, ketika ada teman yang membandingkan enakan mana jadi Presiden atau Presiden Direktur. Secara “Basic Salary”, tentu saja presiden direktur perusahaan multinasional atau BUMN lebih tinggi disbanding “Basic Salary” seorang presiden. Namun jangan ditanya mengenai “Take Home Pay”, karena seorang walikota pun bisa memiliki Take Home Pay yang lebih besar dibanding Presiden Direktur BUMN!

Noodle is certainly one of the most favorite foods for Indonesian people. Its very simple to cook a cup of noodle. No need special expertise, and it is cheap. Actually, as the main food of Indonesian is rice, noodle is just a complimentary. But as its can give the feeling of “full” after eating it, then many people start enjoying noodle as substitute of rice.
For those who live outside Indonesia consuming noodle also one of the trick to less spend on food, as ordinary food is expensive, especially for students who have only limited budget. But, it is hard to find noodle, especially Indonesian made noodle. Not so many that can be brought when they just came back from Indonesia.

Peraturan Presiden RI No 112 Tahun 2007 tentang Perpasaran, dimana di dalamnya (Pasal 8 - 11) mengatur hubungan antara Pemasok (Supplier) dengan Toko Modern (Key Account). Inti dari Perpres ini yang mungkin relevan dengan bisnis kita:
- Pemerintah dapat menjadi fasilitator jika terjadi ketidak sepakatan dalam negosiasi Trading Term (Pasal 11). Ini merupakan kemajuan yang sangat bagus, mengingat selama ini kebuntuan dalam negosiasi seringkali berakhir dengan mengikuti kemauan Toko Modern. Pasal ini memang perlu aturan tambahan tentang prosedur, klausul dan Badan Pemerintah apa yang akan terlibat sebagai 3rd party dalam negosiasi Pemasok dan Toko Modern.
- Perpres ini juga menaungi aturan tentang Listing Fee, Retur barang, Service Level, DSO, dan jenis-jenis biaya yang diperbolehkan dalam trading term (yaitu: Regular Discount, Fixed Rebate, Conditional Rebate, Promo Discount, Promo Budget, DC Cost, dan Listing Fee). (Pasal 8). Luar biasa, sangat “down to earth” dengan kita kita yang di KAM ya.. kita tunggu aja ya aturan tambahan yang jadi guidance pelaksanaan Perpres ini.
- Sanksi (Pasal 17) atas beberapa Pasal dalam Perpres ini adalah berupa Peringatan, Pembekuan, bahkan Pencabutan Izin Usaha.

Java Jazz Festival (JJF) 2008 was so awesome! This yearly events now get more popularity in Indonesia. Both me, and my wife agree that this event is one of the “must have” in every year. For the price of daily ticket IDR 500,000 (around 50USD), its very cheap that we can get so many world-class performance. It’s luckier for me as I got Buy 1 get 1 for this show!!
